1. Introduction & Eligibility

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Lendor (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Lendor mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), a professional video compression tool service.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our App and its core functions including but not limited to video uploading, video compression, and local video processing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to abide by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Age Eligibility: This App and all related services are exclusively available to individuals aged 18 years or older. If you are under the age of 18, you are prohibited from accessing, registering for, or using our App and services. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of services immediately if we confirm you do not meet the age requirement.

2. Service Description

Lendor is a video compression tool application. We provide users with intelligent video compression services, allowing users to upload local video files, adjust compression parameters, and obtain compressed video files with reduced file size while maintaining basic video clarity. All core services of the App are implemented based on local device processing and lightweight cloud auxiliary technology.

We reserve the right to optimize, update, adjust or upgrade the App functions and service content at any time without prior notice to users, including but not limited to optimizing compression algorithms, adjusting supported video formats, and iterating product interfaces. Minor function updates and optimizations will take effect immediately after release.

3. User Obligations and Prohibited Behaviors

You agree to use the App and our services in compliance with all applicable national laws, regulations and international conventions. You shall bear full legal responsibility for all behaviors and content generated during your use of the service.

You expressly agree not to engage in the following prohibited behaviors:

• Using the App to upload, process or disseminate illegal, pornographic, violent, infringing, defamatory, illegal political and other inappropriate video content;

• Tampering with, cracking, modifying, or secondary developing the App program, core compression algorithm and related technical codes without our official authorization;

• Using our App services for commercial piracy, video theft, and any behaviors that infringe the intellectual property rights and legitimate rights and interests of third parties;

• Maliciously attacking, interfering with or damaging the normal operation of the App server and service system;

• Using the App in any way that violates public order and good customs or endangers network security.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights of the App, including but not limited to software copyright, trademark rights, logo design, text content, interface design, compression algorithm technology and program code, belong exclusively to Lendor. No user or third party may copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent or use the above intellectual property contents for commercial purposes without our written authorization.

Users retain the copyright and legitimate rights of all original video files uploaded and processed by themselves. We do not obtain any ownership rights of user uploaded videos. We only use relevant data to provide you with video compression services and will not arbitrarily use, disseminate or disclose user video content without user consent.

5. Privacy Protection

We attach great importance to user privacy protection. We will collect and use user-related information only for the purpose of providing video compression services, including device information, operation logs and uploaded video processing data. All user data will be protected in accordance with relevant privacy laws and our privacy policy.

We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal information and video content to any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by legal provisions and judicial procedures.

6. Service Disclaimer

Our video compression service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or fully meet all user personalized needs.

Due to objective factors such as user device failure, network abnormality, improper user operation, force majeure (natural disasters, policy adjustments, network system failures, etc.), resulting in video compression failure, file loss or service interruption, we will not bear any direct or indirect liability.

Users shall be solely responsible for the legality, authenticity and validity of all uploaded video files. We are not liable for any legal disputes, losses or responsibilities arising from users' unauthorized use of third-party copyrighted videos for compression processing.

7. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your right to use the App services at any time without refund or compensation if you violate any provisions of this Agreement, engage in illegal or prohibited behaviors, or fail to meet the age eligibility requirements.

You may stop using the App services at any time on your own initiative. After the termination of the service relationship, the relevant clauses of intellectual property protection, disclaimer and liability reservation in this Agreement shall continue to take effect.

8. Agreement Update and Revision

We reserve the right to revise and update this Agreement from time to time according to product iteration, service adjustment and legal requirements. The updated Agreement will be displayed on the App interface, and the updated effective date shall be subject to the latest marked time. Your continued use of the App services after the Agreement update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

The formulation, validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be applicable to the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute arising from this Agreement, both parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may submit it to the competent people's court for resolution.
