1. User Age Eligibility

• Lendor is designed exclusively for users aged 18 and older. The service is not available for minors.

• We do not knowingly collect, store or process any video content or personal information from users under the age of 18.

• If we detect data and videos uploaded by minors, we will actively delete all related content and records. Guardians may contact our official email to apply for data clearance if unauthorized minor usage occurs.

2. Data We Process

• User-submitted Video Content: To complete local video compression functions, we only process video files that users actively upload within the App. These videos are used solely for executing compression, size reduction and local file generation.

• Anonymous Operational Data: We collect minimal anonymous logs including app running status, function invocation records and compression task data. Such data is non-identifiable and cannot be linked to any individual user.

• No Sensitive Data Collection: We do not collect user location, contact lists, identity information, photos, audio or any other private sensitive data unrelated to video compression.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

• To provide core video compression services, including video file parsing, compression calculation, file size optimization and compressed video export.

• To optimize App operation stability, improve compression efficiency, fix functional bugs and upgrade user experience.

• To respond to user consultations, service feedback and technical support requests.

4. Data Storage & Cleanup Rules

• All uploaded and compressed video files are processed locally on user devices. The App only uses temporary cache to complete compression tasks.

• We do not permanently store users’ original videos or compressed videos on remote servers.

• After the compression task is completed or the user deletes local cached files, all temporary data will be cleared immediately without residual retention.

• All ownership and intellectual property rights of video files belong to the user completely.

5. Data Security Protection

• We adopt industry-standard encryption and isolated operating mechanisms to protect temporary cached video data.

• Internal data access is strictly restricted and audited. No staff can view, obtain or export user video resources without authorization.

• We take comprehensive technical and management measures to prevent data leakage, tampering and illegal access.

• We will never sell, rent or trade user video data and operation records for commercial purposes.

• We will not share user personal video content with any third party under normal service conditions.

7. Third-Party Service Instructions

The App may adopt secure third-party technical components required for video decoding, encoding and cache processing. All third-party services comply with privacy and security standards. Third-party platforms have independent privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their independent data processing behaviors.

8. User Rights

• Users have full right to view, manage and delete cached video files and task records within the App.

• Users may withdraw data processing authorization at any time by contacting our official email.

• Users can submit privacy inquiries and feedback, and we will reply and handle all valid requests within 7 working days.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy according to function iteration and legal requirement changes. The latest policy will be displayed inside the App with an updated date. Continued use of the App after updates means acceptance of new terms.

10. Disclaimer

We strictly protect user data security within legal limits. We shall not be liable for data loss or service exceptions caused by uncontrollable factors including device failure, abnormal network, force majeure and improper user operation.
